Flew to Hong Kong and after a 9 1/2 hour flight and a 1 1/2 hour transfer to our hotel, we arrived at 00:30am (having adjusted clocks back another 2 hours). We have now... The best part of the trip was a visit to the Yuen Yuen temple which is a temple devoted to three religions of Toaism, Buddhism and Confucianism.... Occupied by the UK in 1841, Hong Kong was formally ceded by China the following year; various adjacent lands were added later in the 19th century.
