Mon Apr XII. Went to Auckland Zoo. It was BORING* but L + K enjoyed it. I don't much like zoos, I don't like circuses at all and I am not very fond of fairgrounds (although I am, strangely, quite fond of the smell of fairgrounds).

Auckland Zoo pest coordinator Craig Knapp says the lure rat is a safer alternative to traditional bait as there is no risk of a small animals at the zoo eating a poisoned rat. During a trial at the zoo 11 rodents were caught.
