First stop this morning was at the Museum of Anatolian Civilisations which was a very interesting little museum. Unfortunately, part of the museum was closed due to renovations but we still got to see some great relics from the times when the local inhabitants were cave dwellers up to fairly recent eras. There was artifacts from the Hittites (often famous for their conflicts with the Ancient Egyptians), Phrygian (from which the history and myth of King Midas comes), etc.
