The night before there was a really violent sandstorm, and luckily we were in out tents, but sand was blowing in and you cant keep it out so I didn't get a lot of sleep. A lot of racers struggled with the 35k the day before... As the temperature dropped, I started feeling better and the energy came back and I started thinking, run forest run. I was then able to start cruising on through.... it to not be 135 degrees, maybe just 120 degrees. Alright, from the Sahara desert, this is Brian signing out.
