malawi fish tank setup

...Dwellers for the past 3 months now and finally getting to go through with setting up a tank. I have a 20L currently setup with play sand substrate, 3 flower pots, 13 shells that should be big enough for the fish to choose from atm and then various smaller holed shells for decoration and later on fry hiding areas. L Malawi Cichlid Aquarium.

I'm setting up a 125 Malawi lake aquarium. What species should I stock it with? Anybody have any tips on Malawi cichlids? I've only done tangynikan and south American before.
